Follow up Character Questions

In my opinion the character that transformed the most through the movie was Knox. He understood that in order to get what you want you have to go out and put effort into it yourself, his motto for that was Carpe Diem.
The one who did not change in the film at all was the red head, he didn't see why everyone was making Mr. Keating seem like such a cool person, and when it came down to it he decided that he didn't not really like his teacher and rated him out.
Mr. Keating is a very outgoing character, he sees life as something to enjoy and not to be controlled by people or society. No I don't believe he is changed because I feel like he was very strict with what he believed in.
Todd Anderson was afraid to read in front of the class, he was a very shy person and didn't like to be in front of people, he overcame his fear by standing up for Mr. Keating at the end of the story.
Neil Perry was always controlled by his father doing what pleases him instead of going out in life and doing something that he enjoyed. He finally overcame is fear whenever he tried out for the play and acted in front of his dad.
Knox Overstreet was shy when it came to talking to girls, but after hearing the phrase Carpe Diem he finally got the courage to go talk to the girl that he loved even though she had a boyfriend.
Charlie Dalton was scared of conformity, he overcame this fear by becoming Nwanda and writing in the newspaper about the Dead Poets Society then talking out in front of the staff at the school.
